Terms of Use

Last updated: August 15, 2026

These Terms govern your use of AutoClarity. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Informational Tool Only

AutoClarity is an informational tool designed to help users better understand potential vehicle issues. It is based on structured diagnostic logic and general automotive troubleshooting methodology.

AutoClarity is not a licensed mechanic, repair shop, or professional service.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

All outputs, reports, and recommendations are estimates based on user-provided input and app logic. Results may be incorrect, incomplete, or not applicable to your vehicle.

We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

3. Safety Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for all decisions related to your vehicle, including:

If your vehicle may be unsafe, do not rely on the app. Stop using the vehicle and seek professional assistance immediately.

4. No Professional Relationship

Using AutoClarity does not create any mechanic-client, advisory, or professional relationship.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

AutoClarity provides one successfully completed diagnostic report at no charge. After that report, an active AutoClarity annual subscription unlocks additional new diagnostic reports and subscription features while the subscription remains active.

Founding introductory offer: from August 15 through December 31, 2026, eligible new subscribers in the United States may pay $9.99 upfront for their first full year. The subscription then renews at $29.99 per year unless canceled. Apple displays localized equivalent prices in other countries or regions. Customers who are not eligible for the introductory offer pay the current localized standard annual price shown by Apple before purchase. There is no free trial. The introductory price is not lifetime access and is not a promise that future years will cost $9.99.

Existing monthly subscribers retain subscription access while their monthly subscription remains active under its existing terms. Legitimate legacy single-report purchasers retain the report fulfillment they already purchased. AutoClarity 2.0.1 does not offer a new single-report purchase.

To manage or cancel your subscription: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select AutoClarity, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions in the App Store app under your account profile.

Canceling stops renewal but does not normally end access before the current paid period expires. A refund, revocation, or expiration may end subscription access. Restore Purchases is available in AutoClarity to ask Apple and RevenueCat to recheck an existing active subscription or legitimate legacy purchase.

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple account.

RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription status and entitlements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoClarity and its owner shall not be liable for:

Use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
